After getting you started, we couldn’t leave you hanging. At our live clinic, an attending coach asked a great question which led TJ into giving important steps to make sure you’re on the right track.

A couple of keys:

• Know Your ‘Why’ – You’re going to have a hard time if ‘what’ you do, isn’t matching ‘why’ you coach. Make sure your foundation and purpose are strong.

• Evaluate – Get input from your coaches and players. To know what your players need, you have to hear from them on a regular basis.
