TJ Rosene

TJ Rosene is the Head Men’s Basketball Coach at Emmanuel College. With 22 years of head college coach experience, over 400 wins, 3 National Championships, multiple conference, state and national Coach of the Year Awards, TJ brings to PGC Coaching his passion for leading coaches into a transformational and rewarding coaching career. You’ll also find TJ dishing out wisdom to coaches and players as he co-hosts the Hardwood Hustle podcast. 

Mano Watsa

Mano is the visionary leader of PGC Basketball which serves more than 15,000 players and coaches each year through camps, clinics, and online coaching.  Mano is a highly sought-after speaker and high performance coach who has inspired over 250,000 students, coaches, and business leaders around the world. Mano played basketball with the University of Waterloo Warriors where he served as captain and MVP three times, was sixth on the all-time scoring list, and was twice named an All-Canadian player.

Rick Torbett

After a successful playing and coaching career, Rick Torbett started Better Basketball and developed The Read and React Offense, the leading approach to positionless basketball. Rick’s detailed, innovative approaches to the game have made him a mentor to coaches on all levels in more than 100 countries. In 2021, Better Basketball teamed up with PGC Coaching, which has introduced Rick to thousands more coaches hungry for a new approach to the game. 

Sam Allen

An All-Conference player at Reinhardt University with over 1,500 points, 500 rebounds, 400 assists, and a record 125 consecutive games started, Sam Allen led his school to their first ever National Tournament appearance. Sam has 8 years college coaching experience and runs Blue Collar Basketball, a player development training organization. Through directing PGC sessions, and mentoring coaches at PGC Coaching, and co-hosting the Hardwood Hustle podcast, Sam continues to transform the way the game is taught and played.

Graham Maxwell

Graham Maxwell is the Associate Head Coach at Emmanuel College serving alongside TJ Rosene for the last 10 years, including helping lead the team to 3 national championships. Graham was named to the NABC Under Armour 30 Under 30 Coaches list, and the NCAA DII’s Top 40 Most Impactful Assistant Coaches by SilverWaves Media. Graham has been a PGC Basketball Director for 9 years. 

Marke Freeman

A 3-time All-Conference player at Northern Illinois University and former professional player in Europe, Marke Freeman has coached at University of Missouri – Kansas City, and Washington University in St. Louis, winning conference titles, appearing at the NCAA Tournament, and making it to the NCAA Elite 8. As a PGC Basketball Director, Marke has impacted thousands of athletes and coaches, developing leaders while helping coaches build and sustain a winning culture. 

Dustin Aubert

An all-conference player at Solano College and Millsaps College, Dustin went on to coach at Solano College, where he developed a variety of athletes into Division I, II, III and NAIA scholarship players. Dustin is an expert in the details – film breakdown, analytical stat tracking, scouting, player development, and team culture. As a PGC Director, and as part of the PGC Coaching staff, Dustin continues to impact both players and coaches who want to maximize their potential.

Micah Mills

Micah is the Head Men’s Basketball Coach at Wilmington College, where he previously served as the Associate Head Coach. He has ten years of college coaching experience. As a player, Micah played at Ohio Valley University in West Virginia, captaining the team three times and finishing as the program’s all-time leader in assists and free-throw percentage. Since 2007, Micah has been impacting athletes as a PGC Director. He takes pride in being a coach that teaches the details of the game, builds real relationships with his players, and helps coaches establish a winning culture.

Lisa O' Meara

Lisa is the Assistant Coach of the University of Montana Lady Griz Basketball team. Previously, Lisa coached for six years at St. Mary’s University and served three years as the program’s director of operations. She played university ball at St. Marys, Lane Community College, and Oregon Tech where she set records for most three pointers in a game (8), career three point percentage (.418), and free throw percentage (.859). Lisa oversees the production of the Hardwood Hustle podcast and still continues to influence coaches and athletes through PGC.
