Better Basketball first gained its notoriety with Rick Torbett’s player development series which cultivates the fundamental skills of basketball. To transform as a shooter, a player needs three things: repetition that isn’t boring, a variety of different exercises, and a challenge – something to master. This course includes all three elements as it relates to shooting. Over nearly 2 hours of content, Coach Torbett defines 15 specialized shooting workouts to train your way to higher shooting percentages demonstrating these principles with a student athlete. Every workout is designed to focus on a specific training purpose, including the type of shot, the footwork that builds the foundation, and the shot preparation you need to be successful.
