Separating the great from the average.

introducing the most exclusive group of dedicated & committed coaches.

PGC has long been regarded as one of the leading, if not foremost, basketball education and teaching organizations in the world. Having worked with top players, coaches, and organizations globally, many go to PGC to learn how.

Today, dedicated coaches are earning their PGC Coaching Certification every month.

But what does that really mean…?

Becoming PGC Coaching Certified is no small feat...

It’s a minimum of a year-long commitment packed with 9 intensive Tracks dedicated to the foundational dimensions of coaching basketball.

In simple terms, Tracks fill gaps most coaches have

Many coaches attend clinics, watch HS, College, or Pro practices and scour YouTube to grow in their craft. But the information gathered is broad and general.

Tracks take it 10 steps further—a deep dive that leads to true mastery.

PGC Certified Coaches complete a minimum of 9 Live Tracks where they commit to 4-weeks of dedicated work on one specific aspect of coaching. Every week they work with Coach Mentors and peers from around the world in a virtual classroom setting to dive deep into elements of the course. And it doesn’t stop there…

Coaches then implement their learnings with their team. If hurdles arise, coaches come back to their Mentor and peers to discuss solutions.

It’s a proven process rooted in listening, seeing, and doing.

The training is rigorous, but it equips coaches to handle common issues, communicate in a team environment, and impact players like never before.
