@Kelli Josephsenthat’s a great exercise! We also do it with 2 small circles with a gap between them so players can run in a figure of 8.  Adds a bit more variety and more directional angles to change off of. It’s popular amongst the players too.


We’ve done it with dribbling too, @Adrian Mills and it’s great!
