I am curious if anyone out there has a good end of season evaluation.  I know we are a long way from that time, but I am trying to get all of my ducks lined up and our current one needs some changing and updating so I am looking for ideas.  Thanks.

I’ve used this for the last couple of years, in conjunction with exit interviews.

    Hey Gregg,

Good question…you are on your A Game and ready…I like it.

Question for you to think about…what answers are you looking for? What are you hoping to gain, or what knowledge/info do you want from the end of year interviews. Those desired answers should ultimately guide the questions you asked.

    Questions to ask:

    1) What 2-3 things did you like that we did this year as a player? (Practice, games, culture)

    2) What are 2-3 things you didn’t like or that we could have done better?

    3) What does it feel like to be coached by me?
