    Here is one that came up early on a search.  Has some layering and progressions in it that maybe aren’t shown by the plan but are in some activities.

    Note: The Maple Leafs (that is our mascot) are celebrations we do before and after practice about anything (post-practice is normally what coaches or players point out from practice that day, pre-practice is typically things that went on at school or since last practice ended)  Kind of like ‘snaps’ for PGC but we hold up a hand because a hand looks kind of like a maple leaf.  ?  ?️   This allows players and coaches to easily hand them out during play as well to acknowledge a good play or action by just showing the open hand.  Guys have really bought into looking for things from others to celebrate.

    Really got a lot out of the intensive.  All the intensives.  Thank you.
