i’m interested to hear what everyone does for the Summer workouts? in michigan, we usually have the month of june to work with our full high school teams, otherwise we are limited to 4-man workouts.
I like that TJ gave his players an off-season menu and i also like his plan of getting 100% better at something, 50% better at another and 25 % better at a 3rd.
I try to give my players an idea of what i think they should work on…but we are also a smaller school where athletes are playing 2-3 sports per year, so we don’t get as much commitment sometimes.
just thought i would try to get this message board going and maybe trigger some other ideas.
