Courtside Retreat 2026
Change the Trajectory of Your Coaching
Step away from the day-to-day and spend three days at TJ’s home gym with mentors and coaches who help you think clearly, lead well, and reconnect with what matters most.
Save $200 with limited-time early bird pricing.
Courtside isn’t just something you attend. It’s a weekend in TJ’s gym, around his team, and in the kind of coaching environment that makes the experience personal and hard to replicate.
There’s no shortage of ways to grow as a coach. You can listen to podcasts, read books, watch videos, and pick up ideas from all of them.
But some things you can’t learn secondhand.
At Courtside, you’ll watch real practices, see how experienced coaches teach and lead, and talk through what you’re seeing with mentors and other growth-minded coaches.
That’s what makes this weekend different.
It’s not just a place to collect ideas. It’s a place to see them come to life, ask better questions, and leave with a clearer picture of how to lead your team.
Courtside Retreat Sept 25-27, 2026
Franklin Springs, Georgia
COURTSIDE IS A THREE-DAY RETREAT FOR COACHES WHO WANT MORE THAN A TYPICAL CLINIC.
Most clinics ask you to sit, listen, take a few notes, and head home.
Courtside gives you something more.
Over three days, you’ll watch live practices and teaching sessions in TJ’s home gym, spend time with his team, join breakout discussions, and share meaningful time with mentors and other coaches both in the gym and at TJ’s house.
It’s a chance to step back, see it live, and come away with clearer direction for how you want to lead, teach, and build your team.
