To get the maximum value possible from your clinic experience, we recommend that you take the following steps prior to arriving:

Talk with those around you – fellow coaches, players, parents, administrators — you can go as deep as you wish with this. Here are 3 questions to start the conversation:
- What are my 2-3 best leadership traits?
- What are 2-3 areas that I need to work on in my leadership?
- What is it like to be around me in the season?
Bring the feedback you have collected with you to the clinic as we will build on this information through projects we work on during the clinic.

What happens at Shooting College?
You and your players will learn how to make use of what we call “deliberate practice” while players get up over 500 shots per day!
Inside our learning laboratory environment players experiment, track, and measure their results.
After 2-days of specialized shooting training, your players will return home with a customized plan that’s guaranteed to make them more confident shooters in 90 days or less.
