Starting and finishing the play is critical. This is combo rebounding and finishing drill along that also incorporates outlet passing.

Cross and Shape

TJ Rosene shows you a screening drill he uses with his college team. This drill allows both the screener and cutter to both get shots. Coaches, reminder, even though you don't have defenders in this video, we encourage you to "load" (add) defenders for your drill and "live" work.

Extra Pass Shooting – Part 1

Good offenses make the extra pass to give up a good shot to get a great shot. This drill will help your players to develop the habits and mindset to help develop this concept within your offense.

45 scramble down

This is a 4v5 into a 5v5 drill progression that allows your defense to work on scrambling, communicating and finishing vs a live offense.

34 Scramble Cut

This is 3v4 defensive drill that progresses into a 4v4 live defensive drill. This is a way of working on scrambling, communicating against stationary and then moving offensive playmakers.

2 Man Battle

Its important for post players to learn how to finish against closing defenders. This drill simulates drives and dump-offs.
