The “First 40” is a partner shooting workout that covers lay-ups, form shots, shots off the catch, shots off the move, and shots off the dribble. It allows players to get a sweat while working on being a great teammate through their communication, rebounding, hustle, and passing.
The “First 50” adds additional shots from the free throw and 3-point line.
