How To Teach Box Outs In Real Game Situations

Circle Rebounding forces players to communicate, identify a body, and box out in a constantly changing situation. Instead of rehearsed, predictable pairings, players must locate someone new every second and hold their box out on the shot. You can adjust the drill to increase difficulty with number disadvantages or delayed rebounding.
