So, with that in mind, I’m here to tell you…
You’re on the right track.
You’re fighting through work that matters.
And, you’re making a bigger impact than you probably realize.
Keep up the good work. Don’t waste your chances.

What a great post. Sometimes I think coaches tend to forget why they coach. It shouldnt be to win games and boost their individual ego. Its for the kids and the betterment of their lives and to provide them with life tools that will be with them forever.
