Why Most Women Coaches Feel Alone
(And What to Do About It)
This free, interactive workshop will help you build connection, clarity, and confidence with women coaches who understand what you’re walking through.
Sunday, August 24th at 7 pm EST (4 PM PACIFIC)
[Free to attend. Limited seats available.]
You’re Not Alone in This
Most women coaches didn’t sign up to feel this stretched, this tired, or this alone.
You give your time, your energy, your whole self to your team and still wonder if it’s enough. You’re trying to motivate athletes who seem distracted, while trying to stay motivated yourself. And most days, there’s no one checking in on you.
This isn’t just about burnout.
It’s about feeling like you’re carrying it all and doing it quietly.
This free workshop is your chance to break the cycle. It’s not a panel or a lecture. It’s a real conversation with coaches who’ve been where you are and who want to help you find what works.
What You'll Walk Away With
Here’s what you’ll gain from this 60-minute workshop — whether you’re burned out, frustrated with your players, or just ready to feel more supported:
- A go-to approach for motivating today’s athletes (even the ones who seem checked out)
- Tools to protect your time, energy, and boundaries without sacrificing your standards
- Creative strategies other coaches are using to re-engage players and reclaim balance
- A supportive network of women who get what you’re walking through, and want to walk it with you
You’ll leave with ideas you can try at tomorrow’s practice and a little more belief in yourself, too.
